Hello! My name is Rob and I have spent the last 12 years of my life sat between a successful data and analytics role and one of a skin care salon owner. Having seen the challenges faced in both industries I want to help as many beauty and hair salon owners to make the most the data that is available to elevate your business to its next stage.
My Story
A little about me... I am based in Cheshire (UK) and live with my wife, 2 kids and our dog. I have almost 20 years experience working across the data and analytics industry helping some of the UKs biggest names use there data to drive growth and innovate in the way they work. Since meeting my wife I have also been the proud owner of a skincare salon based in Cheshire which aims to provide people with a welcoming and relaxing space to visit whilst using some of the industries best known skincare solutions.
Whilst I have been using data to make this business a success I recognise how hard it can be to find time to focus on both analysing your own data and being available for clients. Whether it is better understanding your CRM or booking system to surveys you have carried out, alongside staying on top of industry trends and the differences in your businesses potential clients.
